ARTbaby is an Indian company which facilitates infertility treatment to the childless people. Their services includes all aspect of IVF and surrogacy treatment as appointment, IVF doctors, clinics, residential needs, transportation, sperm donors and surrogate mothers etc. They will provide all services to make their IVF/surrogacy patient more confident. They have online portal for those people are searching for IVF treatment online.

Challenge

As ARTbaby decided to have a website for targeting IVF/surrogacy patients on internet searching for treatment through popular search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo etc.). After completion website faced multiple problems  are given below.

  • Less number of visits on website.
  • Inappropriate visitors.
  • Less number of Enquiries.
  • Decreased session time.
  • Less percentage of returning visitors.
  • Increased bounce rate.

Our findings

We analysed their website for to check different online marketing components as SEO targeting, quality of content, resources for engagement and CTA placement. Found different problems are given below.
